Guacamole

Guacamole is amazing with a variety of meals; with an omlette for breakfast, a chicken salad at lunch, or some sweet potato fries at dinner.  It’s also a tasty snack, as a dip for carrot sticks or slices of chicken and turkey breast.  This  clean version is so easy to make, you can make it with or without the proscuitto, it tastes great either way.  It’ll keep in the fridge for about 2 days in a sealed container, but if you want it to last longer, add a tbsp of lemon juice and a tsp of olive oile to preserve it for a little longer.  The recipe is gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and Paleo friendly.


 

  • 2 whole avocados image
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp red onion
  • 1 tbsp shallot
  • 1 whole lime
  • Black pepper
  • 3 slices of Proscuitto (optional)
